This course has set up a flexible and supportive learning environment. I can choose not only an optimal learning time for me but the best environment as well. Unlike day seminars, I can watch sections of interest over again; I can listen and then note-take rather than that mad scramble to write down what a presenter is saying which, when you read it back afterwards, makes little sense!
In the first 3 weeks of the course, I feel like I’ve been planting seeds, watering them and watching them sprout. Management courses I’ve attended in the past are all crammed into 1 or 2 days. There’s no time for a thought to develop; for awareness of one’s own behaviour; or time to implement a strategy with support still available to you.
While instantly appealing to any introvert, this learning model makes so much more sense for everyone.

The entire program was very valuable – especially learning how much I had to learn.
Great Managers® has been a great learning journey for me.
The program gave me critical thinking. I now look for the reasons and seek to understand prior to jumping into conclusions or taking things personally.
I learned more about myself and valued my qualities but in the same time faced my weaknesses which I am more mindful of now. The various practical learnings from the program will be my cherished toolbox.
I feel much more resourceful in facing critical conversations (at home and at work) or in explaining some facts. The program taught me straightforward techniques to use so I am clear and concise. My favourite ones that I am using a lot are the BEAF model and the SAO.
I’d also like to share with you that since the first day I sensed that you have a different approach in training. I knew that I had to take responsibility of building my skills and seeing them grow each week (great idea to give out an empty folder on the first day rather than a stack of papers, it is alike a 7 meal course and you get excited on what is coming next!!!!)
