With Manufacturing, Sales and Admin functions operating out of the one location, the ability to effectively manage and deal with a diverse range of people is an important skill set for the Formit Leadership team to develop.

And with a busy schedule delivering products around the country, the Great Managers® Academy was an ideal solution for the development of leadership capability within the organisation without the burden of having to take important team members out of their roles for lengthy periods of time to attend training.

The team at Great Managers® worked with the team at Formit utilising technology to connect and facilitate Leadership Forums in a virtual environment, keeping costs down and productivity up.

The end result was a group of people who have learned more about each other as a team, what presses each other’s buttons and how to deal with that in an effective way to improve the team dynamic, allowing them to increase manufacturing productivity and business performance.
