Training/Workshop/Course Cancellation
Training courses will be invoiced prior to the course being held based on the number of participants you indicate will attend.
In the event of cancellation of the course by the client, our policy states that any work conducted prior to the course, in regards to course content will be billed in full. Additionally, any costs incurred in direct relation to the delivery of the course, including but not limited to room hire, printing, catering, travel or other arrangements, will be billed in full.
A full refund will be provided on the actual cost of the course or any participant cancellations, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 Working days prior to the course date.
A 50% refund will be provided up to 2 Working Days to the course date and cancellations received less than 2 Working Days before the course, are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be given for a “no show” on the day.
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled to a mutually acceptable date.
Coaching Appointment Cancellations
Coaching Packages will be invoiced prior to the commencement of the Coaching and sessions scheduled by mutual agreement.
In the event of cancellation or request to reschedule a coaching appointment by the client, any costs incurred in direct relation to the delivery of the Coaching, including but not limited to room hire, catering, travel or other arrangements, will be billed in full.
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date at no cost provided we receive notification of cancellation or request to reschedule at least 7 Working days prior to the appointment date.
SWC Group reserves the right to apply a 50% refund where appointments are cancelled or re-scheduled within 2 Working Days prior to the appointment date.
