How it started…
Great Managers is the brainchild of our Founder and Managing Director, Sandra Wood. Having spent more than 25 years in the HR & OD space and having trained thousands of Leaders since becoming a consultant in 2001, Sandra was determined to bring leadership and people management development into the 21st Century.
Along with Co-Founder Cameron Burgess, Sandra developed and launched Great Managers in 2012.
