Our Most Recent Great Managers® Graduates.

The Shepherd Centre do amazing work. They teach deaf children to speak!

So we were delighted to work with this wonderful team of inspiring people in the Great Managers® Academy over the last 12 months.

In that time we’ve seen a huge amount of growth in them and we are so proud to be involved with such a wonderful organisation.

Last year, Director of Clinical Programs Aleisha Davis, who Sandra has coached for many years, won the prestigious 2014 AIM Manager of the Year in the Not For Profit Category.

This year CEO Jim Hungerford and the team at the Shepherd Centre “scooped” the 2015 ‘Excellence in Business’ and ‘Employer of Choice’ awards – and the prestigious ‘Sydney City Business of the Year’ award – at a gala ceremony in Sydney Town Hall recently at the Sydney City Business Awards.

We really want to say how proud we are of Jim, Aleisha and the entire team at The Shepherd Centre! Well done and keep up the great work!
